Hi, I am Krishna, as you most probably know me already. I am an artist, from a very young age. I always loved holding that paint brush in between my fingers even when I was only a kid. And as time went by, I found it is easy to use the latest technical tools like the Photoshop in bringing out my creativity. But nevertheless, I still do paint a lot of stuff. It is one of the ways I found to be helpful in knowing one's self better. In this blog I am going to post a few of my art work both with the paint brush or a pencil and from on the screen.
Mr. Spidy
This is "Mr. Spidy". I was in my 10th standard when The Spider Man was released. As I was in my 10th standard, I was kept away from the Cinemas. Could not watch this movie. I really missed this one. But I saw a trailer on the TV. I made this sketch from the ad I saw at that time. About the picture, Only sketch pens, water colors and a Black Gel pen were used. You can see the Logos to the left bottom of the picture. I made those in Black Gel just to make it look more authentic. I still have this picture with me stuck in my Bed room. I some how can't help admiring this picture even to this day of my Life.

The Mask Man.
This here is "Mr. Mask Man". You can see that the person in the picture has a pipe in his mouth and a Hat on his head. Well, I was reading Stephen Cook's The Sphinx when I was in my 11th standard at Bhavans Aurobindo. If I remember correctly, there is a description in The Sphinx or some other book of a Man standing in the darkness, his eyes fixed on a valuable antique in a Cairo market in the Night. This is how I pictured him and I brought him on the paper perhaps almost exactly the way I imagined him. I used only three colors of Ball Pen in making this sketch. Its easy to make out. I used Red, Black and Blue colors in Ball Pen Ink. And to bring out the shadow effect, I used my finger tips to smudge the colors. It took me a whole day in making this sketch come out well. Fortunately I did not lose this either in Time.
Below is my signature. LoL. Now, thats authentically my own property...!!

Queen Victoria
"Queen Victoria". A beauty. This is perhaps the Oldest of all my sketches that I still have in my own possession. If I remember correctly, I used to go for Tutorials as I was very weak in Mathematics in my 9th standard. There I saw a small kid who had in his History book a picture of the Queen. Till then, I did not know that Queen Victoria was such a beauty. This picture in the Boy's text book was as big as my thumb. I studied this picture for I wonder how many hours and then I made this exact sketch of what was in the text book. This is made on the back of a velvet paper which I took from a calendar. This sketch was made in Pen again. In the same three colors as you can see. This is the most admired of all that I ever had and all that I had ever loved among what I created.
If at all I send this to England, I would write,
From India with Krishna's Love.
From India with Krishna's Love.
This is my art Which not many of my friends could understand or even attempted to. In the picture, you can see the letter K very clearly and then, you can see two objects resembling the eyes of an Unknown creature. This painting is 2.5ft in breadth, and 2ft in height containing only my name embedded into the painting like a watermark. I used only my fingers in painting most of this work.By looking at this picture, one may think that I am very mysterious or cynical. But I am sorry. The guess will be totally wrong. It took me almost a full day in painting this. It is still hanging on my wall. Come take a look.
You see hera a fabric painting which I painted very recently.
This is about 2 ft in Breadth and 1.5 ft in Height. It is a Sunset when you are in a meadow. I used many colors to bring out the effect. I used a lot of sponge to bring out the shades in less time.I enjoyed painting the "The Sunset". I love this one very much. But only next to my lovely Ever beautiful "Queen Victoria".
Thank you.
